Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Velximo platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Definitions

Platform

The Velximo website and applications used to facilitate real estate crowdlending.

User

Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

Investor

Registered user who participates in crowdlending projects through the Platform.

Project

Real estate venture presented on the Platform to receive collective financing.

Eligibility

To use our investment services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal residence in Argentina or legal capacity to invest
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Description of Services

Velximo provides a digital platform that connects investors with real estate projects. We act as intermediaries facilitating collective investment in construction and real estate developments in Argentina.

User Obligations

By using the Platform, you commit to:

• Providing truthful and up-to-date information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Not using the Platform for illegal activities
• Not attempting to access systems or data without authorization
• Complying with the Platform's instructions and policies

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of Velximo or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Velximo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User in the last 12 months.

Termination

Velximo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User's access to the Platform in case of breach of these Terms, suspicious activities, or for any other justified reason.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately after being posted on the Platform. Continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
